Responsibilities
· Expanding business opportunities by seeking out new B2B customers and exploring e-commerce channels.
· Establishing and maintaining strong, long-term business relationships with key clients.
· Implementing strategies to achieve sales targets by exerting control in different sales channels.
· Conducting trainings and presentations for clients.
· Collaborating with the sales team to drive the implementation of sales strategy.
· Preparing commercial offers and coordinating contracts.
· Monitoring key account metrics such as revenue and brand value growth, customer satisfaction, profitability control, stock planning, adjusting product assortment and pricing strategies.
· Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential growth areas.
· Preparing and presenting regular performance reports to management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
Requirements
· 2+ years of proven experience in a similar role (key account management, B2B sales. Experience in the beauty industry, FMCG, or retail would be an advantage).
· Ability to identify and address client needs effectively.
· Highly developed communication and organizational skills.
· Proficient in planning and conducting negotiations.
· Ambition and commitment and high personal culture.
· Computer literacy.
· Valid driving license and several years of driving experience.
· Finnish and English language skills.

The salary for this position 2700-3300€ net. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
