Job Description
As Daxko's Key Account Executive, you will leverage our solution suite with Daxko’s Key Accounts to create the best solution for their needs. You’ll be responsible for understanding your customers’ ever-changing market, identifying their needs, and aligning our unique suite of solutions through a consultative approach. You will work to move these accounts toward a retail philosophy through technology, creating a seamless experience for their members and end users.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Seven (7) to nine (9) years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
- Five or more (5+) years of sales experience in the Software/Technology space
- Salesforce.com experience
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Drive sales strategy plans and execution to consistently achieve or exceed sales revenue and activity goals.
- Acquire and develop relationships with existing Key Account customers to identify new areas for growth and increase revenue through service and consultation.
- Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the customers’ product suite and having the ability to communicate overall value.
- Proposal development and alignment of our software/services with customer needs.
- Be bold while you prospect in established relationships and build new revenue opportunities.
- Lead detailed account strategy in generating and developing growth opportunities to maximize sales opportunities with strategic customers
- Define and create go-to-market plays focused on end customer value using decks, demos and training
- Understand Key Accounts’ greatest problems and offer solutions that fit their budget and their ability to implement the solution.
- Successfully renewing existing customer contracts for key accounts.
- Collaborate and leverage internal teams including Key Account Management, Sales Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Support to ensure we deliver customer delight, customer success, adoption and renewals.
- Navigate negotiations with various levels of complexity to accomplish both Daxko’s and the customer’s goals.
- 35-50% Travel Expected
