Currently, we are seeking a passionate Junior Talent Sourcer to join our Recruitment Team. 🦊

In this role you will:

• Identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels, such as social media platforms and professional networks and communities.

• Handle intro calls to attract and pass a compelling story about Foxelli Group to applicants.

• Nurture candidates by keeping a healthy pool of qualified talents (business and tech roles).

• Help schedule interviews in further stages of recruitment processes.

• Work closely with team members to ensure the job's expectations and unique selling points of each role.

• Keep accurate records of candidate updates in the ATS (Recrutee).

• Provide regular updates on sourcing performance to the Recruitment Team Lead.

• Support other administrative tasks in the hiring funnels.

• Share best practices and learn together to create a real talent acquisition engine.

What we would expect:

• At least 6 months of demonstrated experience as a Sourcer, Recruitment Assistant, or HR intern.

• Passion for talent acquisition and a strong desire to grow in the field of sourcing.

• Fluent English command - our team is international, so this is a must-have.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with different priorities.

• Proven skills in using sourcing tools and platforms.

• Creativity to go beyond when roles require out-of-the-box thinking.

• Advanced interpersonal skills - w e want you to be a Foxelli ambassador and communicate efficiently with colleagues.

Salary: 600 EUR after taxes + bonus.
