Junior Sales Manager Mexico

Currently, we are expanding into the America travel market.

Our goal as a leader in the travel technology industry is to provide travel professionals with the most convenient travel products through creation, distribution, and management. This includes making travel simpler, more profitable for professionals, and more accessible for individuals.

We are looking for a Junior Sales Manager to implement effective sales strategies and build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with our customers and partners in the Latin America market.

What You’ll Do:
    • Take an active role in promoting our international project, driving its success.
    • The area of responsibility is Mexico.
    • Process incoming registrations of new partners in real-time (calls, verification, onboarding).
    • Provide partners with extended training on our system.
    • Achieve sales targets.
    • Initiate deals with potential partners from assigned portfolios through proactive cold calls.
    • Provide comprehensive reporting.
    • Provide market & competitive environment analysis.

Requirements

Who You Are:
  • Relevant experience. Preferably, 1 year of sales experience within the travel industry.
  • Personal Skills. Ambitious, proactive, results-oriented, comfortable in fast-paced environments, creative problem-solving.
  • Analytical Skills. Data-driven, tech-savvy.
  • International Mindset. Adaptability to multicultural environments, reflecting our global presence.
  • Be Your Own CEO. Work independently with a high level of accountability.
  • Think outside-the-box. Develop and implement creative solutions to challenges.
  • Language Proficiency. Native Spanish and Advanced English (B1/B2).
