Junior Recruitment Consultant

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work remotely or in our office, or opt for a hybrid work arrangement. You will be responsible for connecting with candidates and clients, assessing their needs and requirements, and effectively matching them to suitable opportunities. The ideal candidate for this role is a skilled communicator, with excellent networking abilities and a passion for helping others find their perfect career path.

• Conduct candidate sourcing and screening, including resume reviews and interviews
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Proactively identify job opportunities and connect with potential clients
• Utilize various recruitment platforms and tools to identify and attract top talent
• Coordinate and manage the interview process between candidates and clients
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to candidates and clients

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills
