Junior IT Recruiter

We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic Junior IT Recruiter to join our recruiting agency, focusing on IT and non-IT vacancies. The ideal candidate will have completed IT recruiting courses or gained relevant experience in this field. While having at least 6 months of prior work experience is preferred, we are open to considering fresh graduates with exceptional motivation and enthusiasm.

Your fluency in English will enable you to effectively communicate with job seekers from around the world, while your outstanding communication skills will play a pivotal role in enhancing the recruitment process.

Responsibilities: 

As a Junior Recruiter in our team, you will be responsible for sourcing and identifying top-notch candidates for a wide range of positions in IT and other domains. 

During the first 3 months, you will have effective and detailed onboarding, during the first 6 months, you will continue to gain your technical skills while training and achieving company and personal goals, and during the first year, you will be able to work independently as a full-stack recruiter.
