We are looking for a Junior Data Analyst to join our Decision Sciences team. The analyst will capture and ingest data from clients and managing our invoicing process for those clients. The analyst will communicate updates and resolutions to customers and other partners across multiple teams promoting a team environment and demonstrating ownership and responsibility for their own work.
The primary responsibilities of this role are:
· Tracking files from roughly 100 clients and making sure the data in those files is correct.
· Managing the monthly billing / invoicing process to ensure clients are invoiced correctly.
· Relational database knowledge.
· Able to write SQL.
· An understanding of ETL concepts.
· Some background in Python or other scripting/programming languages.
· MS excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
· Comfortable with communicating and presenting ideas, reports, and solutions to a board team made up of other analysts, data engineers, finance personal, client facing employees, and program leadership.
