Junior Customer Service Representative

Junior Customer Service Representative – Victoria – Remote

We are looking for the next junior superstar to join Azility as a Customer Service and Data Representative!

You will be getting in on the ground floor with Azility, working as part of our Customer Service team, a team of experts in data management, sustainability and utility billing who work with Customers to monitor their energy and water data, help with reporting, provide advice and training and share ideas for improvement.

The successful candidate will be based in Victoria, working from home!

What your day will look like:

Primary tasks for Junior Customer Service Representative will be to:

  • Operate in a national customer service team to provide customer service to our clients across Australia
  • Monitor that data is up to date in Azility, contacting councils and providers to request missing data for water, gas, electricity, fuel, and landfill
  • Search for, identify and eliminate any other account-related errors such as redundant records, users, etc
  • Assist other team members with various ad-hoc tasks

About you:

  • Previous experience working with data and in customer service environments
  • Able to learn new technology quickly and follow procedures/SOPs
  • Able to put yourself in the customer's shoes when thinking about a problem and its solution
  • Excellent time management skills
  • A "roll up the sleeves" attitude towards problem-solving
  • Open-minded and adaptable in responding to new challenges and opportunities
  • Demonstrate a love for continually learning and improving your skills and knowledge
