Junior Accountant

Are you a skilled junior accountant looking for a rewarding remote role? Look no further! We have an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join our team as a Junior Accountant. Based in Mexico, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home office while handling essential accounting responsibilities for our parent company and its three subsidiaries. This will include:

Key Responsibilities:

Perform bookkeeping duties for the parent company and its subsidiaries.
Prepare financial reports and statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Collaborate with the senior team to analyze financial data and provide insights.
Utilize QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Google Sheets/Excel proficiently.
Work with Dext software (experience is a plus, but training is available).
Contribute to various accounting-related tasks as required.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a major accounting firm is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Google Sheets/Excel.
Familiarity with Dext software is beneficial (training provided).Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
