We currently have an opening for a Sales Account Manager who will be responsible for all aspects of account management for designated customers.

Position Responsibilities

• Support sales of access control, intrusion and CCTV systems
• Assist with establishing customer relationships at appropriate levels for key accounts leading to increased customer satisfaction.
• Effectively perform needs assessments, develop sales proposals and estimates and attend job walks
• Support the development, implementation and execution of a strategic sales plan for assigned territory to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Manage and maintain project milestones assigned.
• Manage and maintain key customer/account metrics and reporting
• Develop and maintain communication rhythms with each customer based on their needs
• Oversee tactical issues with each account as they may arise
• Collaborate with other groups to align on operating interactions and processes.
