About the role

Fortis Games is hiring for an IT Project Manager to manage, execute, and track cross functional strategic business projects. This role will focus on delivering on our IT and InfoSec portfolios to service our company.

 

What you will do

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for IT support and security initiatives. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with company objectives and priorities.
  • Identify potential risks and obstacles to project success and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to address challenges and minimize disruptions.
  • Define project charters, objectives, scope, roles, responsibilities and schedules
  • Track project progress through project management software such as Click Up, JIRA, Confluence and Google suite
  • Build relationships with cross functional teams to execute projects on time and with high quality
  • Maintain written and verbal communication with internal and external customers throughout the project lifecycle
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently and maintain project-level documentation

 

What you will need to be successful 

  • 5+ years of project management experience delivering technical projects on a global scale
  • A solid understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity principles, and cloud technologies 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for conveying technical information to non-technical stakeholders, facilitating meetings, and maintaining effective communication within distributed global teams.
  • Experience working with internal and external partners and vendors to achieve goals on aggressive timelines
  • Experience working on complex projects with multiple stakeholders, timelines, time zones, and budgets
  • Self motivated and proactive with demonstrated creative and critical thinking skills
  • Comfortable with ambiguity
