As a Inside Sales Rep, you will contribute to reshaping Canada's fintech industry, and be a key player in our growth journey.
Respond promptly to inbound leads through calls, emails, and other channels.
Conduct timely follow-up calls to nurture leads and facilitate the sales process.
Conduct needs assessments to understand prospects' requirements.
Provide information on products/services to assist prospects in decision-making.
Collaborate closely with the sales team, providing valuable insights into lead behavior and preferences.
Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in tech and B2B environment.
Detail-oriented and highly organized, you excel in managing multiple tasks and priorities.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Hubspot and other sales tools.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
