Inside Sales Manager
Registrar Corp is actively seeking a sales manager for our Tech-enabled Services team! This role requires a combination of analytical and sales skills, a commitment to delivering exceptional client experience, and the ability to work cross functionally with other departments within our organization.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a growing remote team! The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for training, coaching, and leadership of a team of diverse sales professionals. The Tech-enabled Services team educates and closes prospective and current international and US clients on Registrar Corp’s solutions and services for U.S. Food and Drug Administration requirements on food, beverages, medical devices, drugs, and cosmetics. This is a very fast-paced role with a quick sales cycle.

Essential Functions:
Responsible for coaching, training, evaluating, and monitoring of inside sales representatives’ performance
Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly team meetings and KPI review
Create and execute performance goals for the TES team
Perform weekly live and recorded call coaching for TES team
Develop and maintain a working knowledge of U.S. FDA requirements for food, beverages, medical devices, drugs, and cosmetics to best assist prospective and current clients.
Manage the entire sales cycle, which includes identifying key decision makers and initiating new sales opportunities, securing meetings with prospects, delivering sales presentations, communicating value propositions, and negotiating contracts
Achieve and exceed sales goals monthly to achieve company goals
Required Skills/Abilities:
Thorough, applied understanding of business-to-business sales strategies
Experience nurturing opportunities from start to finish
Ability to diagnose prospect needs and build relationships through a consultative approach
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
Track record of developing new sales talent into top performers
Possess cultural awareness with excellent presentation, communication, writing, and listening skills
Solid organizational skills with the capability to support multiple simultaneous projects
Strong technical (system) and computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Education and Experience:
Preferred bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, or another closely related field of study
3+ years of phone sales experience
3+ years experience leading a team conducting outbound/cold calling and prospecting campaigns
Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Experience in Consultative/Sales Methodologies
