Job Description

What you'll bring to the role:

Experience of all aspects of Windows Infrastructure Support
Knowledge of MS Server 2016 (the IT estate is on-prem)
Knowledge of MS Azure AD & O365 integrations
Proactive management of system patching
Performing regular system backups and recovery
Previous experience of Cisco Network technology (Switching, Firewall etc.)
Additional knowledge of Citrix, NAS, HP servers, SAN's is beneficial
Previous experience of ITIL practices

A successful Infrastructure Engineer should have:

A strong understanding of IT infrastructure and system management
Knowledge of network and data security
The ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A proactive approach to continuous learning and development
