Influencer Marketing Manager

Join us at Karo Healthcare on our exciting journey. We're currently looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager for our office in Maidenhead - remote opportunity within the UK. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive influencer marketing strategies across our brands. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter, well-versed in industry trends, and possess a robust network of influencers to elevate our brand presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement global influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives and target audiences for key e-commerce brands, Cultivate and maintain relationships with key influencers, brand ambassadors, and content creators on key Karo markets, for example the UK, Nordics, DACH, BENELUX, etc.
  • Stay on the forefront of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to ensure a cutting-edge approach
  • Negotiate and manage influencer contracts, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
  • Lead end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns, including ideation, planning, and performance analysis as well as establish key performance indicators for influencer marketing campaigns and monitor their success
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate influencer activities into broader marketing campaigns as well as track the impact of influencer initiatives on brand awareness, engagement, and sales
  • Manage the influencer marketing budget effectively, optimizing spend for maximum impact and ROI, keep an eye on cost-effective partnerships and collaborations to expand the reach of influencer campaigns field

Requirements

  • University degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
  • Proven experience in an influencer marketing role within the e-commerce consumer business, preferably social media brand(s)
  • Strong network of influencers across various platforms and regions as well as ability to build trustful business relations with them and negotiate effectively
  • An energetic go-getter with a passion for initiative, relentless drive, and a natural entrepreneurial spirit
  • Ability to spearhead large-scale projects, demonstrating both collaborative teamwork and a strong capacity for independent work
