Human Resources Manager

Hypori is seeking a HR Manager. Employees are our most important asset and you’ll have the opportunity to work across the entire Hypori organization and ensure we have a happy and productive workplace. The HR Manager, reporting to the CFO, will work closely together to promote corporate values and shape a positive culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Partners with leadership team to understand and execute the organization’s human resource and talent strategy as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention and succession planning.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
  • Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
  • Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits, researches and proposes competitive base and inceptive pay programs to ensure organization attracts and retains top talent.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by overseeing disciplinary meetings, terminations and investigations.
  • Oversee and direct payroll processing, ensuring compliance with laws and tax obligations while maintaining payroll records.
  • Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Proven working experience as a HR with a minimum of 5 years in a high-growth SaaS company.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Demonstratable experience with Human Resources metrics
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Ability to architect strategy alongside other leaders in the organization.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
