Job Summary

AllCloud is looking for an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to partner with our Practice Leadership and support our employees in the DACH region. This position will report to the Director, Human Resources who is located in North America. As an HRBP you’ll take a key role in driving a unique organizational culture, continuously assessing the organizational needs, devising solutions and coaching managers. 

Summary of Key Responsibilities

  • Build a strong business partnership between HR and the regional business leaders
  • Proactively identify organizational needs and offer solutions to drive organizational and employees success
  • Implement key strategic HR Processes, policies, procedures and systems.
  • Lead change management processes: perform ongoing organization analysis and implement change management programs in partnership with the business practice.
  • Providing guidance on employee relations issues such as performance, talent development, team building, org changes, etc.
  • Support employee development and growth – coaching managers to support people building robust careers, identify training needs for teams and individuals, drive talent management programs to help people navigate their career.
  • Partner with other company functions, finance, and legal to deploy and execute HR programs and strategies.
Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in an HR business partnership role, preferably in a high-tech/startup company, Professional Services or Consultancy firm
  • 3+ years experience working with global teams
  • Proven experience in working with senior technical leadership end to end
  • Good judgment and ability to make independent decisions aided by process, documents, and management inputs where required
  • Can scale from strategic to hands-on, having worked in both small/medium and big company environments is a plus
  • Fluency in Germany and English is essential
  • Knowledge of DACH Labor Law and related legal regulations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
  • Experience in a global environment / scaling teams 
  • Master’s degree in a relevant field - an advantage
