We at Awesome Motive are searching for a Human Resource Coordinator responsible for supporting the overall employee experience and managing the day-to-day HR functions like Team Member Engagement, Onboarding, Offboarding, HRIS, Coordinate Benefits, Creating and analyzing reports, and Administrative Tasks.

Common responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Improve/update HR Policies.
- Serves as a liaison between employees and management.
- Prepare and distribute HR-related correspondence (reminders, announcements, reports).
- Assist with the completion of onboarding formalities.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives.
- Respond to team member inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
- Support the performance review process.
- Compile HR data and generate reports as required.
- Administer benefits plans, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
- Assist in creating policies, processes, and documents.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within an HR department.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English).
- Basic knowledge of HR processes, principles, standard policies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and/or Google Docs, and HRIS software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Discretion and professionalism when dealing with confidential information.
- Personal Computer with Internet Access.
- Availability to participate in audio/video meetings between the hours of 9 am - 5 pm ET.
Bonus points if you also have:
- Relevant Certification or coursework in Human Resources
- Knowledge of WordPress

Location
This is a remote position - our team is spread around the globe! Our home base is in Florida, USA, so company operating hours are 9am - 5pm ET (UTC -5). Although complete coverage isn't mandatory, you should be accessible for some portion of the hours between 9 am and 12 pm ET.
