About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented HubSpot Admin to join our team. This role is pivotal to ensuring the robustness of our revenue operations infrastructure, optimizing processes, and providing accurate and timely data insights. As the HubSpot Admin, you will play a critical role in supporting high-level operational work, including software integrations, data management, process optimizations, and revenue support. The ideal candidate will enable our Revenue Operations team to focus on strategic initiatives by ensuring that systems and processes are flawlessly executed.

Here are the primary responsibilities of our HubSpot Admin role, including but not limited to:

Responsibilities & Success Metrics

  1. HubSpot Maintenance and Reporting: Manage and maintain the HubSpot (HS) platform to ensure optimal performance and usability, conduct historical data cleanups to ensure data accuracy and integrity, manage property configurations and updates within HubSpot, and develop and maintain dashboards and reporting systems to provide actionable insights. Success Metrics: Minimal downtime, high user satisfaction, reduced error rates, accurate and up-to-date property data, and timely, accurate reporting.
  2. Integration and Software Implementations: Oversee the integration of tools like Salesloft and Clearbit into HubSpot and lead software implementation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient deployment Success Metrics: Successful integrations with minimal issues, high data accuracy, on-time project completion, and high user adoption rates.
  3. Revenue Support and Creative Workflow Management: Provide operational support across marketing, sales, and sales development representative (SDR) teams to drive revenue growth, and oversee the creative workflow management to ensure seamless processes and timely completion of tasks Success Metrics: Improved collaboration and effectiveness across revenue-generating teams, efficient workflow processes, and high on-time task completion rates.

Experience and Qualifications

Required:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a HubSpot administrator
  • Proven experience as a DRI in independently implementing and integrating HubSpot
  • Previous experience in the SaaS industry
  • Expert in managing HubSpot with a proficiency level of 10/10
  • Ability to execute tasks accurately and timely the first time

Preferred:

  • Experience with Salesloft and Clearbit integrations
  • Proficiency in managing creative workflows
  • Experience with data cleanup and property management within HubSpot

Time Zone | Location

  • Preferred: Central Standard Time (CST) or Mountain Standard Time (MST)
