Position: HR / Onboarding Administrator

Location: Remote/work from home in Croatia

Employment type: Full-time


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for the coordination, administration and successful completion of hiring across multiple clients within required SLA’s.
  • Engage directly with candidates using multiple channels to support in their onboarding journey and ensure the timely return of all relevant documentation and information required to complete onboarding activity. Seek to enhance the candidate experience at all stages of the recruitment process ensuring prompt communication, provision of helpful resources, and gathering feedback to continually improve the candidate journey.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the onboarding process. Continuously review and refine recruitment workflows, tools, and technologies to streamline operations.
  • Oversee the administration and maintenance of the ATS, ensuring accurate data entry, system updates, and compliance with data privacy regulations. Train and support recruiters and hiring managers in utilizing the ATS effectively.
  • Develop and maintain recruitment metrics and analytics reports to assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Utilize data-driven approaches to optimize recruitment processes.
  • Coordinate relationships with external vendors such as payroll providers providers and other talent acquisition service providers.
  • Stay up to date with labor laws, regulations, and best practices related to talent acquisition. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process, including candidate screening, interviews, and job offers.
  • Support with the creation of training materials, workshops, and resources to educate recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders on talent acquisition processes, best practices, and tools. Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure adoption and adherence to established processes.
  • Participate in projects relating to process improvement and automation.
  • Support with the collation and presentation of information and documentation required for internal, client or regulatory audits.

      REQUIREMENTS:

      • Native or fluent in Croatian and English, both verbal and written (C1)
      • Proven experience in HR, talent acquisition, recruitment operations, or a similar role.
      • Proven experience of onboarding including contract management, hiring activity and the management and collation of essential onboarding documentation.
      • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, volume-based, dynamic environment.
      • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and proficiency in utilizing HR software and reporting tools.
      • Organized and analytical mindset - experience of utilizing spreadsheets to track activity.
      • Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills to collaborate effectively and engage with candidates.
      • Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
      • Understanding of employment laws, regulations, and compliance best practices.
      • Experience with process improvement methodologies and a commitment to continuous improvement.
