Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior leaders and function heads to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies that support organizational goals
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations matters, offering guidance on performance management, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and investigations
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and implement effective recruitment strategies
  • Implement and enhance performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms
  • Build career path and competency levels, Personal development plan, Onboarding/offboarding process, Performance evaluation process, 1-to-1 approach
  • Develop and maintain HR & Recruitment policies and procedures
  • Provide responses to and guidance on all HR processes and policies, from new starter, right through the employee life cycle to leaver process
  • Take part in creating and promoting company values
  • Ensure the smooth processing of HR while fostering effective collaboration with local payroll provider
  • Ensure good recordkeeping and data processing procedures compliant with GDPR.

Requirements

  • Total experience of 5+ years in the HR field with a minimum 3+ years of progressive success as a strategic HR business partner/manager in the Tech or SaaS industry
  • Successful track record of implementing HR processes, employee resourcing, performance management and change management.
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations
  • Good track record of solid stakeholder management
  • Team player with a sense of ownership, “get things done” attitude, bias for action and ability to balance short-term decisions with a longer-term vision.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced and self-directed environment
