HR International Compliance (Contract)

You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR processes tailored to the regulatory and cultural landscapes of the United Kingdom (UK) and Israel (IL). This role requires deep expertise in international HR practices and compliance and a strategic mindset to streamline processes across different jurisdictions. 

This is a 6-month contract role. 

What you'll do
  • Design and implement international HR policies, procedures, and guidelines that comply with local laws and regulations in the United Kingdom, Israel, and Germany
  • Provide guidance and training to HR teams and managers on best practices for international HR operations
  • Partner with legal and compliance teams to ensure HR policies mitigate legal risks and support business objectives
  • Lead cross-functional projects related to international HR process improvement and integration
  • Conduct benchmarking analysis to compare SeatGeek’s HR practices with industry standards and competitors in the UK and Israel, identifying areas for improvement
What you have
  • In-depth knowledge of HR regulations and laws for European countries, specifically UK and Germany. In-depth knowledge of Israel is nice to have
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret legal guidelines and complex regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and cultures
  • Capable of delivering work that showcases deep subject matter expertise with a keen attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, demonstrating strong accountability
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Hebrew (for Israel)
