About the Role

• You’ll support the day-to-day operations of our business by serving customers, handling and delivering compressed gas cylinders, assembling hydraulic hoses, and helping wherever needed.
• No two days are the same. This is a practical, hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, taking responsibility, and being part of a small, close-knit team.

• BBG etc. builds on the legacy of Bermuda Bulk Gases and Tools & Equipment Unlimited. We supply industrial and medical gases, hydraulic hoses, and industrial consumables to Bermuda.
• Under new management, we’re investing in our people, systems, customer service, and safety culture. Our goal is to raise the standard.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who:

• Takes initiative, communicates well, and acts with integrity.
• Delivers excellent customer service and enjoys working with people.
• Wants to learn, grow, and take on more responsibility.
• Works safely and is physically capable of lifting and handling heavy materials.
• Is comfortable learning and using technology, including business software, mobile applications, and AI tools.
• Holds a valid Bermuda Heavy Truck Driver’s Licence and has hydraulic hose assembly experience.

Sales or business development experience would be an advantage.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver excellent customer service at the sales counter, by telephone, and during deliveries.
• Handle, inspect, and deliver compressed gas cylinders safely and professionally.
• Assemble, repair, inspect, and pressure test hydraulic hose assemblies.
• Support day-to-day operations.
