We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Recruiter to join our recruitment team. You will collaborate with our Sr. HR Manager to develop strategies for finding quality talent, screen candidates' qualifications, and place them where they are necessary for our organization. Other job duties include maintaining an active database of potential hires and following industry best practices concerning hiring practices. This position will primarily wok with our affiliate company, Trusted Medical, recruiting for qualified healthcare professionals.

Work Location/Travel: Remote 
Role Reports to: Sr. HR Manager
Direct Reports: This role has no direct reports.

Responsibilities:  
•    Collaborate with the management and recruitment team to create effective strategies for attracting quality talent.
•    Utilize online resources, such as social media, as well as traditional job placement sources to find candidates.
•    Screen candidates to narrow the field for specific job openings.
•    Forward the information of potential hires to the appropriate department manager.
•    Keep accurate records on candidates and the processes followed. 
•    Other duties as assigned by the Sr. HR Manager.

 


Required Knowledge and Skills: 
Experience:  
•    High school diploma or GED certificate; an associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.
•    1+ years of health care recruiting experience 
•    Excellent communication and organizational skills
•    Attention to detail.
•    Ability to work independently and with a team.
Technical Skills:  
•    Proficient in Microsoft products: Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
•    Experience with ADP Workforce Now
