Position Overview: As a 100% Commission Based Recruiter at Instantserve, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting talented individuals to join our growing team. Your primary responsibility will be to source, engage, and present qualified candidates for various positions within the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize provided tools and resources to identify potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough candidate research and screening to ensure a strong match for the available positions.
  • Engage with potential candidates through calls, emails, and messages, effectively communicating the company's values, opportunities, and benefits.
  • Collaborate closely with the hiring team to understand the specific requirements for each position and to align the candidate search accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and progress in the recruitment process.
  • Provide timely updates to the hiring team on the status of candidates and the overall recruitment pipeline.

    Qualifications
