We are hiring a dynamic and skilled Head of Social Media & Content to join our growing team and manage our social media strategy & execution!

POSITION OVERVIEW:
Let's be real - most social from brands is about getting eyeballs and pleasing the algorithm. The humanity from brands is missing. Creative heart-led thinking by brands is missing .
We see it differently. Social is a daily opportunity to connect with thousands of hearts and minds - to inspire them, educate them and make them laugh 😂.
This role will fire up your creative rockets 🚀. You will be in charge to design and lead strategy, for end-to-end execution to scale our Instagram, one of our brand's ways to connect with people.
Your goal will be to engage our current health-minded customers, use social media to nurture new customers, educate people on nutrition (plus health/wellness) and uplift people's day with a jolt of inspiration and joy. This role involves working cross-functionally with our in-house designers, external creators, and external Advisors.
The Head of Social Media & Content will report directly to the CEO and consult with our team of Advisors .
Part time or full-time, both are welcome.

WHO WE ARE:
Wild fact! Only about 9% of adults meet the federally recommended daily intake of vegetables 🥦. Veggie and fruit juices can expand our veggie intake, but most of them are poorly executed with high-glycemic fruits and low-quality produce. This is the problem we are excited to be solving.
Farmer's Juice delivers nutrient-dense, organic and DELICIOUS 🤤 cold-pressed juices, wellness shots (and soon smoothies!).
Each juice has a whopping 1.5 pounds of produce made with imperfect produce to reduce food waste and give farmers an additional income source 🧑🌾.
Most juices have more sugar than a can of soda! We specialize in low-glycemic green juices that have been tested on CGMs for a stable response.

Requirements
AKA: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creative Strategy Development (the fun! 🥳): Develop and lead the overarching social media and content strategy aligned with our company's mission, vision, and values. Define key objectives, target audiences, and success metrics to drive brand growth and engagement. Determine timing and approach to launching other channels (e.g., TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
- Content Execution (bringing it to life! ✨): Own end-to-end coordination, production, creative, and posting of content through a streamlined social media calendar system. Manage execution of 6-12 posts per week, per platform
- Trend Analysis (what's working?! 👀) : Monitor and maintain a strong understanding of activity from competitors, other aspirational brands, and influencer culture to gauge trends and inspiration in a constantly changing landscape.
- Data-Driven Insights (ah! new ideas! 🤓): Utilize analytics and data to track the performance of content, deriving insights to continuously refine strategies for optimal engagement and impact.
- Team Management (better together! 🚀): Direct, inspire, and manage other creatives, such as content partners, copywriters, editors etc.
- Influencer Collaboration (wait, I get to collab with Dr Hyman?! 😎): Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers, thought leaders, and partners who align with our mission to amplify our reach and impact.
