What we'd like you to do...
- Coach and develop our sales team with inspirational leadership: Champion the development and growth of our sales professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the sales team
- Drive innovative engagement with enterprise B2B clients across various sectors, with a primary focus on retail, beauty, automotive, financial, and professional services
- Collaborate with prospects and clients for feedback and insights to continuously refine our sales approach
- Maintain and continuously refine our ICP and buyer personas to ensure we are approaching product and customer evolution with this mindset
- Partner with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to drive growth: Work closely with CSMs to understand client engagement patterns and collect feedback on the effectiveness of our sales strategies. Utilise this information to shape future sales efforts
- Use Revenue Ops insights to enhance client acquisition and retention strategies: analyse pipeline data and conversion rates to identify areas for improvement across all client acquisition strategies. Ensure that our sales strategies effectively convert enterprise prospects, and provide recommendations to enhance the client onboarding experience and boost client retention
- Guide client-centric product development: Collaborate on strategies for managing client requests and align them with the broader sales roadmap. Balance client needs with overall sales objectives and prioritise requests based on strategic value and impact
- Support the CCO in sales strategy decisions: Collaborate on decisions related to sales operations, considering scalability, resource allocation, and technical feasibility to ensure long-term success
- Collaborate closely with the CCO to formulate a comprehensive sales plan that optimises scalability and meets the diverse needs of our enterprise clients
- Based on your market research and industry insights, create a comprehensive sales vision and roadmap that will engage and inspire our Client Partners for success

- Experience in an enterprise-focused startup/scale-up environment is highly desirable but not required
