The People Operations Team is looking to add an experienced Program Manager to its team. The role will be integral to the People Team as a whole and will manage the Transformation Program as well as having oversight and governance responsibility for all HR Projects providing guidance and coaching on Project Management best practices and setting project management standards. 

You will:

  • Determine and implement Project Management standards and a framework for success in projects across the People Team. This will include initiation, planning, approvals, best practice methodologies, ensure milestones are met across the Program whilst managing risks and issues,  reporting and governance.
  • Directly Manage a portfolio of Projects. 
  • Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.
  • Coach and guide People Team professionals who are running Projects.
  • Determine the synergies and inter-dependencies across all Projects (in flight and proposed) ensuring that all deliverables are aligned.
  • Contribute to the development of business cases and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives.

What you will bring to the table: 

  • 3-5 years experience as a Program Manager in People Teams / HR.
  • Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization.
  • Strong Project Management experience with large and complex individual projects.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Program budgeting and resource allocation methodologies.
  • Strong Stakeholder Management skills.
  • Knowledge of change management principles.

Bonus points if:

  • PgMP or PMP qualified.
  • Prior experience in managing complex programs within HR.
  • Experience in working with Oracle HCM and / or Greenhouse.

Individual rates for the same job title may differ based on their level, responsibilities, skills, and experience for a specific job. The estimated salary range for this role is $150,000-$180,000.
