About The Role
Insomnia Labs is seeking a seasoned Head of BD who will be responsible for driving revenue growth through targeted prospecting, cultivating high-quality leads, and closing profitable deals. This role will involve establishing and nurturing mutually beneficial relationships with key decision-makers, C-level executives, and department heads. This role also requires a minimum of 8 years' experience in business development management, strategic partnerships, or a related field at a large brand-focused company or agency. This role will report to the CEO and this person will be collaborating with our technical and solutions teams to present compelling service offerings that address the unique needs of enterprise prospects. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys the thrill of pioneering new ground in the blockchain, AI, and emerging tech space.

Requirements
Head of BD’s responsibilities include targeting the right segment of prospects, growing the quality pipeline, winning profitable deals, and managing sales activities with the objective of creating mutually beneficial, trust-based relationships that create value. Develop relationships with key buyers and decision-makers at new prospects and grow the business. Act as point of contact for resolution and escalation of all key items with the client and internal POCs/decision makers.
