About the Role

We are looking for an experienced H-2A Program Coordinator to join our rapidly growing Visa Operations team. Utilizing Seso's state-of-the-art technology, you will coordinate, mentor, train, and support our dedicated team of Case Managers, ensuring that our clients successfully navigate every phase of the H-2A program. 

Responsibilities

  • Act as liaison between our dedicated team of experienced Case Managers, Visa Operations team leadership, and Legal Affairs Counsel. 
  • Proactively assist with the management and professional development of our dedicated group of experienced Case Managers to ensure our clients receive a capable and reliable H-2A workforce year after year.
  • Conduct weekly 1:1s and group check-ins with our team, setting clear expectations and measuring results
  • Act as first escalation point for Visa Ops team on challenging and complex issues.
  • Instill best practices and continuous improvement.in our case management team
  • Confirm our clients have a clear and accurate understanding of the requirements of the H-2A program and their corresponding obligations to ensure clients’ continued compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations. 
  • Interface with and provide any necessary support to our Workers Operations team with regard to the post-certification phase of the H-2A program, including those related to the recruitment, interview, transportation, housing, and post-employment stages
  • Advocate for process and product improvements that solve customer pain points.
  • Identifying process improvement opportunities so the company can build systems, tech and automation around it.
  • Continually champion Seso’s vision and mission for the team in a variety of situations.
  • Define operational metrics, establish a tracking system, and review cadence within the team.
  • Share metrics with the Visa Ops and Legal Affairs team, cross-functional peers, and the company.
  • Foster collaboration within the team and across the customer lifecycle.
  • Encourage continuous learning.
  • Embody a culture of service excellence, leading by example and instilling accountability by setting clear expectations and measuring results

About You

  • At least 5 years’ professional experience and expertise providing comprehensive services to agricultural employers and associations with regard to every phase of the H-2A program.
  • At least 3 years’ leadership experience managing H-2A filing agents and related-personnel with a history of success in a fast-paced environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of the H-2A program and intricacies of securing a reliable and legal workforce for agricultural employers throughout the U.S.
  • Superior operational and project management skills. You’re not afraid of building, launching, and iterating on the right processes. 
  • Ability to work with a non-technical group of customers who are interested in using software to improve their own operations
  • Experience working across multiple customer segments from SMB to Mid-Market to Enterprise
  • Ability to navigate complex and emotional situations in a professional manner
  • A proven track record of success in process management and a displayed technical aptitude
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize, delegate, multi-task and execute
  • Superior communications skills (presentation, written, & verbal) in order to communicate effectively across levels and organizations
  • Experience in HR-tech a plus
  • Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) a plus

Compensation: up to $70,000 annually
