About the Role

As the Growth Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the growth strategy of our product. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, design, and marketing, to identify growth opportunities, design experiments, and drive data-informed decisions. Your expertise will directly impact shared user acquisition, activation, conversion, and retention metrics.

 

How you’ll make an impact:
  • Growth Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy that aligns with business goals and product vision. Identify and prioritize growth opportunities through data analysis, market research, and competitive insights.

  • Acquisition: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to identify channels and campaigns that drive high-quality user acquisition. Optimize landing pages, user funnels, and conversion rates.

  • Activation and Retention: Drive initiatives to improve user engagement and retention metrics. Implement strategies to enhance the user experience, decrease onboarding time, and encourage feature adoption.

  • Experimentation: Design, implement, and analyze tests and growth experiments to uncover insights and optimize key growth metrics. Iterate rapidly to scale successful strategies.

  • Data-Informed Decision Making: Utilize data analytics tools to gather actionable insights about user behavior, conversion rates, and product usage. Translate data into actionable recommendations.

  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and design teams to ensure seamless execution of growth initiatives. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages idea-sharing and innovation.

  • Customer Insights: Gather user feedback and insights through surveys, interviews, and usability testing. Use customer feedback to inform product improvements and growth strategies.

 

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in product management with experience in a product-led growth and product-led sales, SaaS environment

  • Track record in building successful activation experiences

  • Deep experience with product analytics tools (Heap, Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.)

  • Experience creating, executing, and analyzing experiments

  • Growth mindset: You see challenges as opportunities

  • Ownership mindset: The buck stops with you

  • Analytical mindset: You use metrics to inform decision-making

  • First principles thinking: You start with why and work backward from the end goal

 

Benefits:
  • $100,000 - $150,000, depending on experience
