Growth Marketing Paid Specialist

The Role

As a Paid Marketing Specialist, you will work with our in-house growth marketing team. This role is crucial in driving our paid marketing strategy and executing on the platform daily. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data, expertise in LinkedIn, Meta, and Google platforms, and a track record of successful in-channel optimization and campaign management.

 

What You Will Do

  • Campaign Building, Optimization, and Strategy:
    • Build and optimize paid marketing across LinkedIn, Meta, Google, Bing, and 6sense platforms.
    • Implement and advise on comprehensive campaign strategies, including goals, budget, audience targeting, bid models, creative details, landing page recommendations, keyword targeting, and tracking strategies.
    • Create ad copy consistent with brand guidelines and best practices.
    • Participate in kickoff calls to understand business objectives, KPIs, industry positioning, strengths, and challenges.
    • Implement custom conversion and ROI tracking.
    • Build and maintain automated marketing programs and campaigns. 
  • Ongoing Testing and Optimization:
    • Manage and optimize campaign structures, settings, targeting, bids, and creative elements.
    • Ability to build and conduct testing with clear and defined parameters to refine audiences, keywords, placements, tactics and ad assets.
    • Analyze landing pages and ad creative performance and provide recommendations for improvements and new trials.
    • Strategically allocate and adjust budgets to align with business goals and market changes.
    • Stay updated on platform changes, policies, and beta offerings, and maintain relationships with ad platform representatives.
    • Ability to uncover patterns in historical data and lead indicators.
  • Support and Reporting:
    • Develop, maintain, and enhance custom reporting dashboards for insights and reporting. Current reporting is in Tableau with the opportunity to change reporting software.
    • Provide weekly updates and participate in meetings to review campaign performance and optimizations.
  • Key Outcomes
    • Increase in-platform performance to drive more viewership, interactions, and clicks.
    • Improve paid channel performance to increase marketing qualified accounts, opportunities, pipeline, and revenue.

 

What You Need to Succeed

  • 2 - 4 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in managing campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta, and Google platforms.
  • Proactive, growth mindset. Aptitude for research and ready to learn.
  • Experience with ABM platforms like 6Sense, Terminus, DemandBase (6Sense is a plus).
  • Familiarity with tracking and automated marketing software like Hubspot, Marketo, Salesforce or similar. 
  • Strong understanding of in-channel optimization techniques and best practices.
  • Demonstrated passion for data analysis and the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
  • Expertise in creating and managing detailed reports using tools like Tableau.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in a Nonprofit Organization a plus

Compensation

The salary range for this position is: $64,500 - $96,500. You may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws.

 

Location

This is a permanent, full-time, fully remote position. Employees living in Indianapolis, IN are welcome to work from our company headquarters. We do not offer Visa sponsorship or relocation assistance at this time.
