As the Growth Marketing Manager you’ll report to the VP of Marketing. You’ll be responsible for unlocking new levers of growth, primarily through our existing and successful paid media channels. You’ll also search broadly for growth opportunities wherever you can find them. You’ll originate new strategies, design experiments and execute on tests. You’ll also design and build growth engines around successful tests so we can operationalize your successful ideas.


The best candidates will be excited about stretching their skills while also bringing expertise in paid media and more specifically paid social. They will be independent, self-motivated and have a history of working through difficult problems on their own.


This role is an opportunity to take on broad responsibilities for driving growth by building on a large and successful paid media strategy.

What you’ll do:

  • Communicate PerformYard’s value in a way that drives action across the full-funnel (ads, forms, landing pages, emails, etc).
  • Design and test new paid social strategies on LinkedIn and Facebook.
  • Design and test new ad creative.
  • Design and test new lead funnels.
  • Partner with our Product Marketing Manager and Marketing Operations Manager to optimize landing pages and email campaigns.
  • Partner with our Performance Marketing Manager to optimize ad spend across channels and campaigns.
  • Partner with our Content Marketing Manager to develop content for paid media campaigns.
  • Partner with the rest of the marketing team to pursue lead growth tests across all channels.
  • Partner with the rest of the marketing team to operationalize new growth engines.
  • Explore and test new channels for growth.

Requirements

What you’ll bring:

  • 2+ years of current experience scaling paid social campaigns with a focus on a conversion metric like demos, paid signups, ecommerce sales or something similar.
  • 3+ years of driving company growth in a digital marketing environment.
  • Expert understanding of ad creative on LinkedIn and Facebook and prior experience designing and testing ad creative.
  • Experience in a data-driven marketing environment and being accountable to down-funnel outcomes.
