What you will do

Coaching Product Managers and Regulatory Analysts through their responsibilities
Leading and managing product teams to develop or review products to ensure that they interact seamlessly on the roadmap
Ensuring that PMs develop an understanding of the market for their categories
Focusing on product managers and setting clear goals for them in order to understand the company’s product strategy
Working closely with Product Research and Product Design leaders in order to create clear product requirements and enable best customer experience
Prioritising, building, and assessing business cases for new or existing opportunities in your group that have no investment
Understanding and analysing the market, competition, and upcoming solutions in the space their team is responsible for
Reviewing release post announcements to ensure they focus on user problems
Finding opportunities where teams need to collaborate with each other and help them make those decisions that are optimal for the company
Hiring and training new members of the product team and providing them with coherent objectives and status updates on a regular basis

What you are good at

Experience leading small teams
+5 yrs plus product management experience+leadership, ideally in B2B and within FinTech/ Financial services
Experience with bringing products to the market e2e
Proven project management and communication skills, ideally working in a fast-paced/start-up environment
Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to leadership
