OpenTable’s Restaurant Product Team is dedicated to empowering restaurants to provide great dining experiences. We do this by building industry-leading operational and hospitality solutions that help restaurants around the globe, run and grow their business. As part of this team, you’ll help restaurants achieve this goal by providing the solutions they need to manage and optimize their restaurant.
We are seeking a Group Product Manager to lead the Table Management (TMS) team and contribute to the larger Table Management & Restaurant Platform team. This team provides restaurant owners and operators with powerful, easy-to-use operational products to run a streamlined service and deliver personalized hospitality. Table management is at the core of our restaurant products, and is critical in helping restaurants optimize their business. The Group Product Manager will work closely with restaurants, cross-disciplinary team members, and executive partners to set the vision, build, and deliver intuitive and seamless solutions that power restaurants’ success.

You’re experienced in launching successful business-facing products and iterating on them. You love solving complex problems in a way that is easy for customers to understand. You are motivated and focused on results, working across multiple teams to align on goals and drive impact. You bring experience in product discovery, with a customer-centric and data-backed approach that will push our product direction forward. You successfully handle trade-offs between technical debt and new features, and are also eager to learn from failures - not just from successes.

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. The range for this remote United States based role is $150,000-230,000.
In addition to a competitive base salary, roles are eligible for additional compensation and benefits including: annual cash bonus, equity grant; health benefits; flexible spending account; retirement benefits; life insurance; paid time off (including PTO, paid sick leave, medical leave, bereavement leave, floating holidays and paid holidays); and parental leave and benefits.
