Graphic Designer

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that effectively communicate our brand message and generate leads across various marketing channels. What you'll be doing:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and develop design concepts that align with the overall marketing strategy.
• Create visually appealing designs for a wide range of marketing materials (both static and animated), including digital ads, social media, email templates, landing pages, presentations, and other promotional materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, marketers, and developers, to ensure cohesive and impactful designs.
• Take ownership of projects from concept to completion, managing timelines, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs.
• Adapt designs for various platforms and channels, considering responsive design principles and optimizing for different screen sizes.
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date with current design trends, industry best practices, and competitor analysis to ensure our designs are cutting-edge and innovative.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a graphic designer or marketing designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of marketing design work.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Figma).
• Knowledge of current design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Experience designing for various digital and print platforms, including web, social media, email, and print collateral.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts and ideas.
• You have a level 3 - Professional working proficiency in English
