Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented graphic and content designer who can take concept and ideas and create visual representations, in both print and electronic media. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator) and be skilled in every step of the design process, from the concept to the final deliverable. The successful candidate will not only manage and produce graphic content but will attend events, capturing the essence of our brand through high-quality photography and videography.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborating with multiple teams across the company, this person should be able to communicate both written and verbal communication.
  2. Design company marketing print, digital and promotional materials as needed.
  3. Assist in producing social media content including videos to support the company’s goals and increase revenue and generate leads.
  4. Ensure that all marketing and advertising materials adhere to the company’s mission and brand.
  5. Develop a positive working relationship with internal partners to best support their design needs.
  6. Video creation. Explore ways to utilize video and multi-media content to further evaluate content (website, social, email) bring video creation and editing skills to drive production of professional content.
  7. Event support – Attend company events and capture content that reflects our brand standards and message for our key audience that engage our clients (i.e. photos, videos, client facing materials).


Qualifications

Qualifications:

  1. Associates degree or higher in graphic design, marketing or a related field.
  2. Three + years’ experience in a position with creative and/or graphic design responsibilities in marketing.
  3. Proficiency using design tools including the Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
  4. Experience using motion graphics, video editing, and animation.
  5. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with acute attention to detail
  6. The ability to meet deadlines and juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  7. A self-starter who can actively pursue new opportunities and the ability to work independently.

Pay Rate: $25 an hour.
