Hello! We are GoFasti, a Talent-as-a-Service. GoFasti bridges the gap between world-class developers and designers from LatAm and first-class companies around the globe.

We need an English-fluent Graphic and UX/UI Designer, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.

We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Are you the one we are looking for?

Responsibilities:

Graphic Design: Create a wide range of graphics and layouts for marketing materials, including social media graphics, brochures, banners, and more, with software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
UI/UX Design: Occasionally design website mockups that prioritize user experience and align with our brand identity. Work closely with the web development team to ensure designs are feasible and implemented correctly.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs are in line with our brand identity, contributing to a coherent and attractive brand image across all platforms and materials.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to understand design needs and deliver creative solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
Feedback and Iteration: Solicit feedback from peers and stakeholders, using it to iterate and improve design outcomes continually.

Requirements:

Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills in both graphic and UI/UX design.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Knowledge of Adobe XD or Sketch is a plus for UI/UX tasks.
A good understanding of UI/UX design principles and the ability to create user-centered designs.
Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
Up-to-date with the latest graphic design trends, techniques, and technologies.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a remote, collaborative team environment.
Fluency in English.

Compensation:

The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $1,800 - $2,200 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
