  • Researching and understanding client needs and requirements to tailor proposals accordingly.
  • Ensuring compliance with grant application / tender guidelines and deadlines, completing required company information, and ensuring sufficient time for quality reviews and approvals, prior to submission.
  • Pro-actively monitoring tender portals and our bidding inbox (including maintaining passwords, filters and accounts).
  • Managing ITTs/RfQs/PINs from portal, via GoNoGo, through to submission, ensuring clear win themes are identified and applied successfully.
  • Coordinating with stakeholders, sub-consultants and partners to gather necessary external documentation and information to pro-actively support proposal development.
  • Strategically developing and improving processes (e.g. certifications, associations, GoNoGo’s, social value, CVs, reviews, styles, lessons learnt sessions).
  • Contributing to development of case studies, based on previous company project work.
  • Additionally, contributing to development of high-quality value-added insight and marketing content including blogs, product collateral, news stories, product updates and White Papers - for external publication.
