We are looking for an Global Talent Acquisition and Development Specialist to join our fast-growing HR Team.
As the Global Talent Acquisition and Development Specialist at HICX, you will be instrumental in attracting top talent through strategic recruitment practices and fostering the career growth and development of our existing employees. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our team members have clear career paths and opportunities for advancement within the organization. You will play a pivotal role in the recruitment of junior professionals, interns, and the establishment of a comprehensive talent development program, including a graduate scheme. You will take ownership of building and nurturing a talent pool with a strong focus on roles requiring specialized product knowledge. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Development Manager to take charge of recruitment and the development of our talent pool at the global scale, targeting APAC, EU, US and LATAM.

Key responsibilities
Recruitment Strategy:
· Develop and execute a strategic recruitment plan to attract top talent, in line with our business objectives
· Collaborate closely with department heads to determine staffing needs and create job profiles.
· Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to conducting interviews and extending job offers.
· Proactively source and build a talent pipeline of candidates across various regions and markets.
· Utilize innovative sourcing techniques and tools to identify potential candidates, including passive candidates from junior to senior level.
· Maintain a deep understanding of global talent markets, trends, and competitive landscapes in tech industries
· Ensure compliance with global hiring laws, regulations, and best practices.
· Develop communication norms and approaches that lead to a positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
· Track and analyse recruitment metrics and data to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies
Talent Development
· Design, implement, and manage a graduate scheme and internship program aimed at identifying and nurturing early-career talent.
· Manage career progression frameworks, providing employees with clear paths for advancement.
· Work closely with managers and team members to identify individual development needs and opportunities.
· Develop and implement succession planning strategies to identify and develop future leaders within the organization.
· Work closely with out Training manager to identify skill gaps and learning needs
· Work with leadership to ensure a seamless transition of talent into key roles.
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Management
· Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR function, ideally in Tech (Software, IT) industry
· Proven experience in talent development and learning and development, preferably within the tech industry
· Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships, influence outcomes, and gain respect as a trusted advisor.
· Ability to see the big picture, question existing ways of doing things, and look for ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
· Demonstrates high integrity at all times, coupled with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
· Proven experience as a global recruiter, with a strong track record of sourcing and hiring candidates across international market at different seniority levels
· Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and adapt to different cultural environments.
· Demonstrated commitment to fostering a culture of growth and development.
