The Role - Global Partner Event & Marketing Specialist

The Global Partner Event & Marketing Specialist at EOS Worldwide will play a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing partnerships and sponsorships that drive brand visibility, revenue growth, and market expansion. This role involves collaboration with internal teams and external partners to develop and execute marketing strategies and initiatives that leverage these valuable relationships.

The successful candidate: A highly organized, hard working, tech-savvy candidate with strong people skills, marketing and production experience and an outgoing personality with fantastic project management skills will thrive in this position.

Reports directly to the EOS Global Partnerships and Sponsorships Director.

Partnership and Sponsorship Development:

• Maintain relationships with prospective partners and sponsors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to negotiate and finalize partnership and sponsorship agreements.

Marketing & Event Campaign Planning and Execution:

• Develop and implement co-branded marketing campaigns with partners and sponsors to enhance brand exposure.
• Coordinate the creation of marketing materials, content, and assets required for campaigns and events.
• Execute campaigns across various marketing channels, including digital, social media, events, and more.

Analytics and Performance Tracking:

• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of partnership and sponsorship marketing initiatives.
• Generate regular reports and insights on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Relationship Management:

• Cultivate and manage strong relationships with existing partners and sponsors.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partner and sponsor inquiries, requests, and collaboration opportunities.
• Ensure partner and sponsor satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.

Budget Management:

• Assist in managing the partnership and sponsorship marketing budget.
• Track expenses, optimize spending, and ensure efficient allocation of resources.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Must share EOS Worldwide’s Vision and Core Values
• Experience in a remote working environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in partnership marketing, event marketing, sponsorship management, or a related role.
• A solid understanding of marketing principles, especially related to partnerships and sponsorships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools.
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Creative thinker with a strong passion for innovation and growth.
• Proficiency in multimedia content creation tools and platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work on tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
• Takes initiative to propose solutions & improve processes.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Asana or other project management software
• Experience working in a company running on EOS
• Experience in a remote working environment
• Experience working for an entrepreneurial organization

Location: Work from home position with occasional work travel/SE Michigan as needed for collaborative meetings

Job Type:  Full-time, Exempt

Compensation Range: $60,000-$75,000 year base salary range, commensurate with experience, with the potential for a merit-based bonus plus health benefits, flex-time, 401k match, monthly tech stipend, flex PTO, FSA, and more!
