Global Group Financial Controller

As Global Group Financial Controller at Resillion software testing and cyber security company, you are responsible for the Global Accounting and Consolidation of the financial reporting of our international group. You work closely with the local finance teams in all units (US, BeNeLux, Germany, China and India) to achieve a consolidated and accurate monthly, quarterly and annual closing and reporting. You are a hands-on controller who proactively assists where needed.

In this role:

• You will be responsible for the Accounting and Consolidation of the financial reporting of our international group
• You give support in strategic business advice and insights to group and local management based on financial reporting
• You design and implement policies, procedures and processes to ensure an effective control environment
• You provide key strategic financial information to management to encourage the decision-making process and to drive change
• You act as a business partner to the different units and their managing directors
• You work closely with the local finance teams and the managing director in all units
• You coach and support the local finance teams
• You take initiative to assist where needed within the team
• You will report to the CFO
• You work closely with the Finance Shared Service Center

• You have a relevant Master's degree (e.g. Business Administration, Accounting)
• You have at least 10 years of experience as a financial controller, of which 3 years in an international environment
• You have excellent analytical skills
• You have experience performing a consolidation according international accounting standards
• You are a hands-on person, not waiting for issues to be brought to them, but actively identify challenges and work towards solutions
• You enjoy guiding others, and you're driven to achieve goals.
• You have excellent communication skills in English and Dutch (with emphasis on English)
• You excel in collaborative environments while maintaining the initiative to work independently.
• Prior management or leadership experience would be highly valued.
