German-Speaking Technical Recruiter (non-IT roles)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Freelance Technical/Engineering Recruiter who is fluent in German to support our recruitment efforts. As a Freelance Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and selecting highly qualified freelance candidates for positions in mechanics, technicians, mechanical engineering, and related disciplines. Your primary focus will be on sourcing, screening, and assessing potential freelance candidates to ensure the successful recruitment and placement of top talents.

 

Responsibilities:

• Identifying and contacting potential customers
• Collaborate with project managers and department heads to understand the hiring needs and technical requirements for freelance positions in mechanics, technicians, mechanical engineering, etc.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified freelance candidates.
• Utilize various sourcing channels, including freelance platforms, professional networks, and industry-specific platforms, to identify and engage potential candidates.

Requirements:

• Fluent in German (both written and spoken) with excellent communication skills in English.
• Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role, with a focus on mechanics, technicians, mechanical engineering, or related fields.
• In-depth knowledge of technical roles, skills, and industry requirements.
• Familiarity with relevant platforms and sourcing techniques to identify and engage talents.
