About the role

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join our team. As a Full Stack Developer, you'll play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end applications. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll contribute to delivering top-quality software solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and develop low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications.
• Define web/backend architectures and solutions from business requirements, managing delivery timelines.
• Develop interactive, responsive, and dynamic web pages for front-end website architecture.
• Build back-end applications, databases, and servers for a highly functional website.
• Ensure adherence to code standards and best practices.
• Stay updated on emerging concepts in full-stack development and contribute insights to project leaders.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver a user-friendly website/application.
• Ensure safety and security of developed software.
• Present new developments to project decision-makers for optimal web development.
• Develop and integrate Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) for seamless integration with third-party software.

About you:

• 2+ years of software development experience with a focus on delivering high-quality applications.
• Proficient in written and spoken English, with strong communication skills.
• Expertise in JavaScript (or TypeScript), ReactNative, Node.js, Nest.js, Express.js, and React.
• Experience optimizing code for performance and maintainability, including asynchronous programming and offline storage.
• Proficiency in database design and management, with familiarity with PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.
• Skills in server management and deployment, including cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, Google Cloud.
• Understanding of user experience (UX) principles and product strategy.
• Experience implementing testing platforms and writing unit tests for software reliability.
• Proficient in code versioning tools like Git, with collaborative development experience.
• Appreciation for clean, well-documented code and adherence to coding standards.
• Ownership mentality, with the ability to find innovative solutions and overcome challenges.
• Team-oriented, transparent, and adaptable to a dynamic startup environment.
