Freelance Job Opening: French Audio QA Proof Listener

We are seeking a talented and meticulous individual for a freelance position as a French Audio QA Proof Listener. In this role, you will be responsible for proof listening audio files, transcribing text changes, and reporting bugs to ensure the highest quality in our localized projects.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Proof listen French audio files to identify and correct any errors in pronunciation, grammar, and syntax.

·       Transcribe text changes accurately and efficiently, maintaining consistency and adherence to style guidelines.

·       Report bugs and issues encountered during the quality assurance pass, providing concise feedback to the audio engineering team.

Requirements:

·       Native speaker of French with a deep understanding of the language, including excellent grammar, vocabulary skills and attention to detail.

·       Degree in translation, linguistics, philology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

·       High fluency in spoken and written English to communicate effectively with the international team.

·       Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage your time effectively.

·       Knowledge or background in audio production is desirable but not required.
