FP&A Sr Analyst

Flock Safety is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Sr. Analyst who will support our FP&A team in the implementation, rollout, and ongoing administration and buildout of our new CPM (Corporate Performance Management) tool. This role will report into the Sr. Manager of Corporate FP&A and will be a critical business partner to the rest of the FP&A team.

The FP&A team is responsible for providing insight on business performance, developing strategies for improvement and tracking variances/anomalies in financial data. This is a high-impact role that will offer substantial leadership exposure and the opportunity to impact strategic decision making in a hyper-growth environment at scale.

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience

• Significant analytical skill set

• Strong quantitative abilities

• Ability to solve complex problems

• Excellent communication skills with ability to build relationships

• Strong influencing and interpersonal skills

• CPM/EPM tool (i.e. Adaptive, Anaplan, etc.) experience highly preferred

• Pigment specific experience preferred

• Financial systems consulting or project management experience preferred

The First 30 Days

• Take ownership of the ongoing implementation and rollout of Corporate FP&A’s new EPM system, Pigment

The First 60 Days 

• Become a SME and the FP&A team’s primary administrator for our Pigment workspace

90 Days & Beyond 

• Gain a deep understanding of the current models within Pigment and help troubleshoot and/or improve these models if necessary

• Meet and partner with the Strategic Finance team to explore opportunities for further buildout within Pigment
