Join us as our Founding Product Manager / Product Management Lead

We are looking for a visionary Product Manager to lead our product initiatives from the ground up, shaping the future of our products and leaving a lasting impact on the industry. In our Series A startup, you will have the thrilling challenge of impacting and driving our product vision in a rapidly evolving market of Video AI. You will work closely with our CPO and help guide our product from start to becoming a market leader.

• Impact and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with business goals.
• Lead product development from conception to launch, balancing vision with practical execution and ensuring market-fit with a user-centric approach.
• Cultivate a high-performing cross-functional culture, fostering innovation, excellence and resilience.
• Conduct product discovery and market research to identify customer needs and emerging trends.
• Embrace ambiguity and rapidly changing environments to drive product and business success.
• Champion a data-driven approach to decision-making, leveraging analytics to inform product direction.
• Engage directly with customers to gather insights and foster strong relationships.
• Prioritize effectively, balancing customer needs, business constraints, and technical challenges.

• Proven experience in product management (5+ yrs), preferably in a fast-paced, Series A or early-stage startup.
• Demonstrated ability to develop successful product strategies and lead products from conception to market success.
• Strong leadership skills, building and leading teams through uncertain and dynamic environments is a plus.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team collaboration abilities.
• Agile and adaptable, with a capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and uncertain environment.
• A deep understanding of the tech industry and passion for innovation & AI.
• A strong passion for continuous learning, staying informed on the latest best practices, and emerging technologies.
