As a valued colleague on our team, you will support the development, implementation, and ongoing management of a first line controls testing program in the Finance organization. 

THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE
The First Line Controls Testing - Risk Management - Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

• Support control walkthroughs
• Execute control design & implementation and operating effectiveness testing 

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

Required Experiences

• 0-2 years of experience in Audit, Compliance, Risk Management, or other related experience 

Desired Experiences  

• Bachelor degree or equivalent  
• Experience navigating Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools, such as Risk Works- Archer
• Strong working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Workiva Wdesk 
• Good interpersonal, communication, writing, and organizational skills
• Strong collaborative mindset with an ability to successfully work with employees at all levels within the company 
• Big 4 Accounting and/or Internal Audit experience 
• Ability to prioritize and complete assigned tasks in a timely and professional manner

The hiring range for this role is set forth on each of our job postings located on Fannie Mae's Career Site.
