Our Financial Liaison will act as the contact person between our bookkeepers and our members. In this role, your days will be spent understanding and explaining financial packages to our members who are receiving bookkeeping services. 

Intrigued? Here are some of the tasks you will be working on:

• Acting as main point of contact between our bookkeepers, members, and their internal team

• Explaining the monthly financial packages to members

• Following-up with clients on any missing information needed for Bookkeeping

• Maintaining member information

• Conducting end-of-month member review meetings to educate and clarify information regarding their books

• Communicate with internal team regarding members to ensure a smooth flow of information

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always

• Responding promptly to customer inquiries and/or complaints

• YOU understand financials and reports (like you are a P&L master)

• YOU are a strong communicator who understands the importance in working with and through people

• YOU know how to build, maintain, and leverage relationships

• YOU have some patience, humor, and tolerance for what other people may view as “silly questions”

• YOU love customer service and helping others

• You must have experience in an advanced customer service focused role where you worked closely with the P&L 

• Financial report knowledge (you don't just know but fully understand the P&L)

•BONUS points if you have prior experience in a Controller role for a small business

**This position may require travel to quarterly conferences and other trainings**
