IntegrityM is seeking a junior- to mid-level Federal Business Development & Capture Analyst for professional services to join our sales team. The Federal BD & Capture Analyst will serve as a resource in government capture, reporting to the SVP, Business Development. This includes researching new opportunities in a periodically refreshed capture pipeline, contributing to development and execution of capture plans, and supporting business development and proposal activities where they overlap with the capture space. This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in growing with the firm.
Responsibilities
- Continually analyze opportunities and recommend next steps for individual captures based on new information
- Identify opportunities through agency research, 3rd party market intelligence tools, client and partner networks
- Qualify opportunities based on company criteria and priorities
- Communicate and track overall capture progress and client/partner engagement to SVP, Business Development
- Recommend organizations, clients, partners and individuals for management team to engage with to build relationships
- Analyze agencies within adjacent markets against corporate strategy
- Recommend agencies and contracts for targeted capture
- Provide inputs to win theme development, solutions development, competitive assessments, teaming strategies, pricing strategy recommendations.
- Attend and report on conferences and events aligned with market research/opportunity capture

- Self-driven, fast learner, adaptable, action-oriented
- 1-2 years’ experience in Federal Health contracting/sales
- Bachelors degree
